BindIt for KingFisher 3.1

BindIt for KingFisher is Thermo Fisher Scientific’s Windows-based software for designing and running magnetic bead–based purification protocols on KingFisher instruments. It features an intuitive, step-by-step method editor to configure bind, wash, elute, and mixing steps; set times and speeds; and include optional heating when supported by the instrument. The software guides plate and reagent setup for 24- and 96-well formats, monitors runs in real time, and generates run summaries for documentation. Built-in templates help you start quickly on common nucleic acid and protein workflows, and import/export capabilities make it easy to share methods across instruments and sites. By standardizing protocols and reducing hands-on time, BindIt helps deliver reproducible, high-throughput sample preparation for applications such as qPCR, sequencing, and proteomics.
